Field Management Team:

Totem’s field team is staffed with industry professionals that have decades of experience managing commercial, industrial, institutional, projects throughout the Northwest.   

The projects are then staffed with highly trained trades-people from local unions in the projects jurisdiction.  

Expedition is also used in the field, either on laptop computers or Personal Device Assistants (P.D.A.) to prepare daily reports, write Request for Information (R.F.I.’s), and update material deliveries or requisitions.

All supervisors are certified "Construction Quality Management for Contractors" with ongoing education in the "Associated General Contractors - Supervisor Training Program".

Subcontractor Team:

Totem is continually building relationships with subcontractors who perform to Totem’s expectations.  Totem’s subcontractors know that they will not be bid shopped, they will be paid on time, and be treated fairly when issues arise.  In return, qualified subcontractors bid very competitively, complete their work within the scheduling constraints, and exceed the owner’s expectations of quality reward Totem.
